At this time, Najid is focused on supporting UAE nationals. We hope to extend it further in future.

Frequently asked questions.

Honest answers to the questions people ask most — especially about what we can, and cannot, promise.

No. Getting in touch, sharing your story, or providing documents does not create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship only begins if, after reviewing your matter, we agree in writing to act for you.
We cannot promise to. We review each situation on its facts and documents, and we can only help with some of the matters brought to us. If we are not able to act for you, we will tell you honestly rather than raise false hope.
No. No waiver, reduction, settlement, complaint outcome, or court result can be guaranteed. What may be possible depends entirely on your circumstances once our lawyers have reviewed them.
We do not label a lender or programme as unlawful. Our role is to gather the facts and documents so our lawyers can assess them. Any legal view is reached only after that review, and only by our lawyers.
Najid — Loan & Instalment Support is part of our community commitment. Whether any consultation fee applies, and how any later work would be arranged, is explained to you clearly before anything is agreed — nothing is charged without your agreement.
Yes. Information you share is treated confidentially and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. When it is time to send documents, we provide a secure channel — please do not send sensitive documents by ordinary email or message.
Not necessarily. Existing complaints, cases, payment orders, execution files, or judgments are exactly the kind of detail our lawyers need to see. Bring the relevant documents and case numbers so the position can be assessed properly.
No. You do not need to prove your case or know the law. Tell us honestly what happened and share what documents you have — the assessment is our job, not yours.
Summary. An enquiry does not create a lawyer–client relationship, we cannot promise to accept every matter or achieve any particular outcome, and we do not declare any lender or programme unlawful. We review the facts and documents and, where we believe we can help, we do our best. Information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
