At this time, Najid is focused on supporting UAE nationals. We hope to extend it further in future.
Najid
What to prepare.
A few questions to help you see whether this initiative may fit your situation, and a checklist so you can come to your assessment ready. Answering “yes” to some of these does not decide anything — it simply helps our lawyers review your matter faster.
Does this sound like your situation?
You may be a good fit for a review if:
- You are a UAE national. (At this time Najid is focused on supporting UAE nationals.)
- You have a written loan, finance, credit, or instalment agreement.
- You believe the cash price and the financed price were very different.
- You were charged fees, mark-ups, interest, or penalties you did not expect.
- You were given little or no assessment of whether you could afford it.
- You felt pressured to sign, or the terms were not clearly explained.
- You are facing aggressive or threatening collection.
- There is already a court case, execution file, police complaint, or judgment.
Documents to gather
The more of these you can bring, the better our lawyers can assess your matter. Please do not worry if some are missing — bring what you have.
- Emirates ID, and your passport and UAE visa.
- Each signed financing or instalment agreement.
- Payment receipts, schedules, or statements from the provider.
- Any evidence of the cash or market price of what you bought.
- Your Al Etihad Credit Bureau report, if you have it.
- Recent bank statements and a salary certificate, if available.
- Demand letters, collection messages, or records of threats.
- Any court documents, judgments, or case numbers.
- Any earlier correspondence where you disputed the charges.
Bring what you can, safely. Please share documents only through the secure channel we provide once your assessment is arranged — do not send sensitive identity or financial documents by ordinary email or message. Providing these documents does not commit us to your matter and does not create a lawyer–client relationship; it allows our lawyers to review your situation. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
