With more than 20 years of courtroom experience across the UAE's civil, commercial, and criminal jurisdictions, Mr. Mohamad Ezz Al Arab leads all litigation at Al Safar & Partners as Head of the Litigation Department. His command of UAE procedural law and deep familiarity with the courts of Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and the federal level make him an outstanding advocate for clients facing high-stakes disputes.
