Kavitha Panicker

Mrs. Kavitha Panicker joined Al Safar & Partners in 2009 and has risen to serve as Managing Partner, overseeing the firm's day-to-day legal operations, client relationships, and practice group leadership. With more than 15 years of UAE legal experience, she is one of Dubai's most recognized authorities in real estate law and commercial dispute resolution.

Her practice focuses on the full spectrum of real estate and property matters under UAE law — including off-plan purchase disputes, developer–buyer conflicts, title registration, RERA-governed transactions, and landlord–tenant litigation before the Dubai Rental Dispute Settlement Centre. On the commercial side, she advises local and international businesses on contract enforcement, breach of commercial agreements, partnership disputes, and debt recovery proceedings before UAE courts.

As Managing Partner, Mrs. Panicker is responsible for guiding client strategy at the highest level, ensuring that each matter benefits from the collective expertise of Al Safar & Partners' multidisciplinary team.
